When you find a home you want to pursue, I’ll explain the offer details, discuss the options, and help you understand the decisions involved. You should know what you’re agreeing to and have a chance to ask questions.
Keep the process clear.
I’ll stay involved as you work toward closing. If we can’t review documents in person, I’ll send a video explaining them line by line.
