Tell me what I need to understand about your move.
Your expected timing, home priorities, availability, and any planned visit give us a starting point. If a military assignment is bringing you to Robins AFB, include the move details you already know.
It’s fine if some dates are still uncertain. We can identify what is known and what needs to be revisited.
Decide how we’ll communicate.
When you’re away, it helps to establish when you’re available and how you prefer to talk through decisions. We’ll discuss a practical approach to updates and questions, including any time-zone difference.
Bring specific questions to each property.
Listing photos can start the conversation. Your questions should help guide the next part: what you want to understand about the layout, the property's condition, and how it relates to your priorities.
We’ll discuss the viewing information available and what else you need before making a decision. Questions about technical condition belong with an appropriate inspector or qualified professional; a video cannot answer everything.
Understand the paperwork while you’re away.
When we can’t meet in person, I send a video walking through documents line by line. You can review the explanation and bring me your questions about what you’re being asked to sign.
The goal is for distance to change how we communicate, without leaving you out of the decision.
Coordinate the steps before your arrival.
We’ll discuss the people and arrangements involved in your transaction, including who needs to confirm any remote signing or closing details. Those arrangements need to fit the specific purchase rather than a one-size-fits-all promise.
Let’s talk before you book the trip.
A virtual consultation gives us a chance to work through your priorities and decide what would make a visit—or a remote search—more useful.
